New Media Consortium (NMC)

Alex Freeman is the New Media Consortium’s (NMC) Director of Membership and Programs. He oversees membership services, produces online professional development programs, and is co-author and researcher for the NMC Horizon Report series, which analyzes technology uptake across global museums, higher education, K-12 education, and a number of other sectors and regions.

Prior to the NMC, he was the Education Director at Mexic-Arte Museum in Austin and Education Curator at Artpace San Antonio. He holds an MA in Art Education from The University of Texas at Austin.
