Arzoo Naghiyev has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human Factors. On completing her MSc project with Network Rail on information and design requirements for future traffic management interfaces, she continued to pursue a PhD at the Human Factors Research Group at the University of Nottingham and Network Rail. Her PhD research has been examining the effects of the introduction of the European Rail Traffic Management system (ERTMS) on train driver behaviour.
