Linda Alewijnse has a background in Biology at Leiden University and received a Master’s degree in Forensic Science from the University of Amsterdam. She worked as a forensic handwriting examiner at the Netherlands Forensic Institute for 5 years. She has been working as a forensic Fibres and Textiles examiner for 2 years now.Linda is mainly occupied with coordination, examination and reporting in casework regarding fibres and textiles. This is in order to answer questions from criminal law enforcement. Other tasks involve R&D, knowledge sharing and quality assurance.
