Université de Technologie de Troyes

Hyun Jeong is currently postdoctral research associate of Laboratory of Nanotechnology, Instrumentation and Optics (LNIO) at University of Technology of Troyes (UTT) in France, working with Prof. Gilles Lerondel. He earned his Bachelor of Semiconductor Science at Chonbuk National University in South Korea, in 2006, and his PhD in Semiconductor Engineering from the Chonbuk National University in South Korea, in 2012, working with Prof. Eun-Kyung Suh. Currently, He is working on the low-dimensional nanomaterials, solid-state optical materials, Optical characterization, and device applications.

We report on the integration of freestanding transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). Monolayer (1-L) MoS2, WS2, and WSe2 as representative TMDs were transferred on ZnO nanorods (NRs), used here as nanostructured substrates.... [ view full abstract ]
