Enhanced molecular vibrational spectroscopy with phononic boron nitride antennas

Marta Autore

CIC nanoGUNE

Dr. Marta Autore is a postdoctoral researcher in the Nanooptics group led by Prof. Rainer Hillenbrand at the nanoscience research center CIC-nanoGUNE in Donostia-San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain). She studied Physics at the University of Rome "Sapienza" (2006-2012) and obtained the PhD degree in Physics at the same University in 2016.

Abstract

IntroductionSurface enhanced infrared spectroscopy (SEIRA) is a powerful strategy to increase the weak vibrational signature of molecules in FTIR spectroscopy, by means of the confined and enhanced field on the surface of... [ view full abstract ]
