John Humphrey is Vice President, Business Development at Hitachi Kokusai Electric America. He has been traveling around the country presenting the advantages and issues surrounding HDR. He graduated with a BS in Broadcasting from The University of Florida and has spent his life in radio and television broadcasting. Having worked in maintenance, operations and Chief Engineer at multiple broadcast stations, mobile trucks and production houses, John has a well-rounded understanding of all facets of television production. His sales experience includes dealers, manufacturers and system integrators. During the last three decades in sales, he has developed a deep knowledge of today's business and technology issues. John is a life-certified SBE CPBE and a SMPTE Section Manager.
