Amanda Moore
KLRU-TV Austin PBS
Amanda Moore is the Technical Project Director for the Austin City Limits Archive project. Her main role is to ensure the collection is preserved at the highest level quality possible given today’s tools and resources. She’s in charge of planning, scheduling and execution of every aspect of the digitization and preservation, and leads the three-person dedicated project team. Prior to working at KLRU-TV, Amanda directed audiovisual projects and designed and developed software for various industries including entertainment, historical titles, retail and banking. In her spare time, she likes to listen to music, go hiking with her dog and travel.
Emily Halevy
Preserve South
Emily Halevy is now National Accounts Manager at Preserve South, a media migration company that was formed following the closure of Crawford Media Services. In this role, she consults with clients on the complexities of digitization projects and and leverages her team’s experience in executing them successfully. Emily is proud to bring most of her team with her to Preserve South, and is excited to continue advocating and assisting in the preservation of media collections. When Emily is not assisting clients, she is busy raising her children, Frankie and Finn, and volunteering in her community.
James Cole
KLRU-TV Austin PBS
James Cole is the Video Specialist & Content Manager for the Austin City Limits Archive Project. His role is to oversee the quality of the video portion of the archive and maintain the security and long-term viability of the hundreds of terabytes of video files produced over the course of the project. James comes out of a television production background, and, in addition to KLRU, has worked with Major League Baseball Productions, the Showtime network, and a variety of independent productions. When he is not staring at vectorscopes and waveform monitors, James enjoys staring at televised baseball games and musicals from the 30's and 40's.
