As a Director of Products at PBS KIDS Jon is working on the Digital Innovations Grant to develop game and video integrations that enhance the PBS KIDS application ecosystem. When not immersed in the app universe he is working with the PBS KIDS for Parents team to bring a suite of new digital products online for parents.  Prior to PBS Jon ran several start ups, led Product Management for Gannett local affiliates and built products for children and families at Aol. Jon received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Technology from Waynesburg University.

Aaron Berkowitz

PBS KIDS Digital

As the Director of Technology for PBS KIDS Digital, Aaron leads a team of engineers and technical managers to build award winning digital experiences for children, parents, and educators, including the PBS KIDS Video app, the PBS KIDS Games app, and PBSKIDS.org. Using cutting-edge technologies and innovative processes, Aaron and his team also develop and maintain content management and distribution systems, game development platforms, and supporting services for content producers and stations. Prior to joining PBS, Aaron served as Technical Director for the U.S. Army's website (army.mil), and as a senior engineer at a Washington DC digital agency. Aaron received a degree in computer science and history from the University of Rochester.
