Tabitha Safdi is the Digital Media Manager at South Carolina ETV. She found her passion for storytelling in the 13 years spent at ETV in creating content from concept to completion. With the limitlessness of digital, she loves experimenting with new ways to attract audiences by working strategically to cultivate and engage viewers to make a positive impact on their lives. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her master’s degree from Columbia College. She’s a Riley Fellow of the Diversity Leadership Initiative and is a graduate from Leadership Columbia’s Class of 2017. You can find her on Twitter at @TabTV.

Mark Jahnke

South Carolina ETV

Mark Jahnke has served the broadcast community since 2002 with his leadership acumen. A graduate of Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, Jahnke currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Technology for SCETV in Columbia, SC. As VP for SCETV, he is responsible for development and execution of technology policy and strategy. His operational responsibilities encompass technology implementation, development, training, operations and infrastructure. Jahnke is currently a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE). He also sits as the President of the Evangel University alumni board.
