The Human Factors of London Underground Fit for the Future Stations

I have worked for London Underground (LU) as a Human Factors engineer for 8 years, primarily in support of Stations Upgrades and on the Northern Line Upgrade.Prior to that I spent 9 years working for DERA (now Qinetiq) in the role of Human Factors specialist involved in a range of ergonomics related R&D projects, specialising in Cognitive ergonomics and User interface design, followed by 2 years at the National Air Traffic Services at the Swanwick control centre. I also spent 5 years working as a TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) teacher, 3 years in Tokyo followed by 2 years in Bangkok.
