Currently he is the Human Factors assurance and function authority for the Capacity Optimisation Portfolio (COP) Capital Programmes Directorate (CPD) Train Systems Delivery group in London Underground. He determines, manages and leads the integration and resourcing of human factors engineering and training within the Train System Delivery Group across all COP projects.
