ABSTRACT:
The green enterprises have great potential to be developed in china, especially when "global warming" is a huge problem in today's world. As China's economy continues to grow rapidly, the environmental problems are becoming more and more important to the Chinese government and people. The green enterprises take environmental problems as their duty, and they got important opportunity in today’s China. Compared with traditional enterprises, the green enterprises have clear social attributes; they often using technological innovation to bring solutions for a particular environmental problems, and make economic benefits in the creation of economic value at the same time. However, China's environmental protection enterprises are also facing the industrial structure irrational problems, which includes low technological content, the lack of relevant management, no green business investment and financing platform, less legislative work and so on. This paper first gives a brief description of the overall development of China's environmental protection enterprises, abstracts the overall characteristics of China's environmental protection industry and the bottleneck of development. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity, feasibility and possible problems of China's green enterprises transformation into social enterprises, focusing on the specific national conditions in China. Finally, it uses actual case to make a further explanation on the social enterprises in China's green industry, point out its important role in the development.
