Alix Slater is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Marketing, Branding & Tourism in the Business School at Middlesex University and also runs her own heritage and arts consultancy. She has published extensively on membership for more than a decade and is the Chair of the Membership Management Forum, a community of practice of membership practitioners in the UK with more than 400 members.
