Malika BEROUAKEN received Engineer and Masterdegrees in electronics from the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB) Algiers. She is presently working on the PhD degree in the Béjaia University (Algeria).Her current research interests at Research Center on Semiconductors Technology for Energetic (CRTSE) in Algiers, include sensor technology,piezoelectric devices and thin films elaboration .
