Dr. Ababneh is currently an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Irbid, Jordan. He joined JUST in 2008. Dr. Ababneh has an expertise in a wide range of research areas in construction and building materials technology including: a) durability, sustainability design of concrete materials and structures; b) developing new materials and technologies to control material and structural deteriorations; and e) use of industrial wastes in concrete materials production. Dr. Ababneh advised and co-advised more than 25 M.Sc. and Ph.D. students. He also published more than 35 research papers, conference papers and technical reports.
