Jonna Oksanen, M.Soc.Sc., Specialist. Ms Oksanen is working as a Specialist for the Autism Foundation of Finland. Ms Oksanen worked as the Project Planner of the Alone & Together sex education project through the three years' period. During the project she facilitated several groups of adolescents and adults on the autism spectrum. She's the author of the book "Sexual Health and Relationships skills, a Guide for the Adolescents and Adults on the Autism Spectrum". Oksanen has earlier worked e.g. on the fields of youth services, rehabilitation and development cooperation.

Pia-Maria Ala-Kihniä, Master of Social Services. Ms Ala-Kihniä is working as as Specialist for Autismisäätiö, Autism Foundation of Finland. Ms Ala-Kihniä has more than 15 years of experience of working with people on the autism spectrum and has especially focused on communication, interaction and challenging behavior. As a development coordinator in the HAASTE-project (a project aiming at reducing and preventing challenging behavior), she participated and contributed in the development of Challenge-model for reducing and preventing challenging behavior.
