Alison Taysum

University of Leicester

Alison leads the University of Leicester MSc Educational Leadership, and supervises educational leaders' in their doctoral studies. Her research focuses on how postgraduate research empowers educational professionals at all levels to conduct philosophical inquiries into Education System Leadership to inform logical, evidence informed, moral, ethical, and wise decisions for democracy in education. As a Christian she loves God, and seeks to obey God's command to love others of all faiths and none.  

Carole Collins Ayanlaja

Eastern Illinois University

Carole educates and elevates adult learners through interactive instruction that prepares principals, and superintendents for a career in teacher leadership. Her professional career spans 23 years in public school teaching, school leadership, district leadership, and university faculty.  Her research promotes equity and educational success at all levels, and reveals influences of racial, social, economic, and cultural conditions, and their impact on student outcomes. 

Khalid Arar

The College for Academic Studies, Or-Yehuda

Khalid focus on issues of diversity, equity and ethnicity in educational leadership and higher education. He has published extensively in issues of educational leadership and higher education including: Life Stories of Arab Women in Leadership and Management: Challenges and Changes, Arab women in management and leadership, Higher Education among the Palestinian Minority in Israel. 

Asmahan Masry-Harzalla

College for Academic Studies, Or Yehuda

Asmahan is a graduate of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, head of MA in Educational Administration in the College for Academic Studies, Or Yehuda, and head of teaching committee. She serves as educational mentor and mobilizer for different schools in Arab education. Her research interests relate to migration and education, social mobility, and issues of planning in Arab education in Israel.
