Sociologist from the Catholic University of Chile and Master in Management andPublic Policy from the University of Chile.  Formerly Coordinator of School Leadership at the General  Education Division, Ministry of Education of Chile, researcher at the Centre for Innovation in Education at the Fundacion Chile, and research associate of the Center for Research on Educational Policy and Practice (CEPPE). Her work has been focused on educational leadership and school improvement.  She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Cambridge.
