Dr Linet Arthur is a Principal Lecturer: Student Experience at Oxford Brookes University. She co-leads the EdD, leads the 'Leadership and Management' strand of the MA and contributes to the development of learning and teaching in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her research interests include leadership in complementary schools, middle leadership in primary schools, student evaluations, mergers in higher education.

Anthony Thorpe

Dr Anthony Thorpe is a senior lecturer (leadership and management) at the University of Roehampton in London, UK. He previously worked in schools and further education colleges. His research interests include educational leadership and management, organizational theory, human resource management and the links to social justice. His work also explores the use of critical realism in educational leadership and management.
