Ashley Ng Yoon MooiDr Ashley Ng Yoon Mooi AMN is the Senior University Teaching Fellow in the School of Education, University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. She teaches and supervises both undergraduate and post-graduate programmes.  She has worked as a school teacher and rose to the ranks of principal, senior principal and excellent principal before she joined UNMC.  She has contributed to teacher and principal professional development during her school days and currently is actively involved in research mainly in the field of educational leadership and management.  She is the Director of Post-Graduate Taught programmes and the Director of Training of Principals, Future Leaders and Managers of Bangladesh, a World Bank-Bangladesh Government projectTony BushProfessor Tony Bush is Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Nottingham (UK and Malaysia) and visiting professor of education at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.  He is a global authority on school leadership and has been a consultant, doctoral external examiner, invited keynote presenter, and research director in 22 countries on all six continents.  He is Vic-President of the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administrative Society (BELMAS) and won the Society's Distinguished Service Award in 2008. He is also editor of the leading international journal, Educational Management, Administration and Leadership (EMAL).  He has written almost 100 journal articles and more than 30 books, including the influential Theories of Educational Leadership and Management, which is now in its fourth edition and has been translated into several languages.
