Alex Garnett is a Research Data Management and Systems Librarian at Simon Fraser University. In addition to maintaining SFU's Research Data Repository, he works with the Public Knowledge Project on document parsing and data archiving, and also works with faculty on creating data management plans.

Rachana Ananthakrishnan is a Product Manager at Globus, leading a team in designing and building secure data management solutions for researchers across domains. She has worked on security and data management solutions on various projects including Earth System Grid, Biomedical Informatics Research Net-work (BIRN) and XSEDE.
