Dwight Fischer is the Assistant Vice President, CIO at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prior to coming to Canada, he held CIO and IT leader positions at Plymouth State University, the University of New Hampshire and Keene State College, all institutions in the University System of New Hampshire.
