UBC/BC’s Contactless Transit Card (Compass) Conversion - Luca Filipozzi University of British Columbia:
An undertaking between eleven student associations, ten public post-secondary institutions and TransLink, the Provincially-supported U-Pass BC Program is focused on generating a culture of public transportation use by provisioning students of the 10 public post-secondary institutions in Greater Vancouver with inexpensive 3-zone-equivalent transit passes for the TransLink-operated transit system.

Project Management Office (PMO) Implementation - Colin Moreland University of Lethbridge
The PMO has been extremely successful and is continuing to drive collaboration between IT and business stakeholders on new initiatives across the University. The PMO Implementation’s methodical and documented approach and was designed in a way to be coached and repeated in other organizations. In this way, many other University groups (IT or otherwise) can gain similar value from the turnkey PMO model developed by Lethbridge, and that can only lead to increased efficiency and positive collaboration between organizations across the country.
