Aoife Connaughton is the executive director of 2degrees and leads the delivery of their corporate programmes 2degrees vision is ‘to make sustainable business happen, at scale’. Her team work with clients such as Asda, GSK, Unilever and Kingfisher to engage their suppliers and other key stakeholders in mass collaboration programmes that help clients address their sustainability challenges.
Carmel McQuaid is Head of Sustainable Business at Marks and Spencer. Her primary role is working with colleagues across the business as M&S transforms to a much more sustainable business. She leads policy and innovation work on climate change, circular economy and community engagement. A particular focus is working with NGO, university and business partnerships to accelerate change in the industry.
