This study which is saved in the framework of Magister itself will be materialized through surveys of members of cooperatives of agricultural services in the wilaya of Mascara. For the relevance of the analysis we have chosen the "CASSAP Mohammadia" Agricultural Cooperative of Specialized Services and Supplies and the "COOPSEM Tizi Cooperative of seedlings and seeds, the choice of the study of these cooperatives resulted from the possibilities that offers this method to explain the role of agricultural cooperatives of services. A questionnaire sent to the members of the CASSAP and COOPSEM (91 members of Mascara), a comprehensive investigation, i.e. taking account of all the possibilities (or at least of the main) [Stafford J. ,Bodson P. , 2006]. The purpose of the survey is to understand the constraints that prevent the participation and loyalty of acceding to the cooperatives. The latter has affected (91) members.
The analysis of the results of the survey -members has allowed us to identify and summarize the main observations:
- The behavior of fidelity of the sealant screw-to-screw of his cooperative is measured by two variables: the purchase of goods and services from the cooperative and, the purchase of goods and services from the private sector. According to our survey, 61.5 per cent of farmers have made purchases of goods and services from their co-operatives. 67% Of membership surveys carried out from purchases from private, this rate is explained by the lack of needs to cooperatives, which continue to survive by a minimum of services.
- The number of years of accession has no effect and does not determine the level of fidelity to the cooperatives.
- The participation of acceding to the life co-operative (participate in the AG, take the floor to the AG, participate in the elections of the members of the board of management ... ), is intended to inquire about what's new in cooperatives, and are the faithful who participated more actively.
- The level of education of acceding also determines their level of loyalty to the cooperative. The most faithful are those who have a level of training the lowest.
- Confidence in the members of management would help to explain the loyalty of farmers. The most faithful are the most confident.
- The agricultural co-operatives (CASSAP and COOPSEM) do not have an operational efficiency, because they are not capable of responding to the needs of their members.
