TOPIC 6-STAGE 2-MACRO
Entrepreneurship is the basis for economic growth, and that is where participation companies can play a key role in the economic recovery of our country. Indeed, they are adequate to meet the challenges of demographic change, such as generational change, effective equality of women and the incorporation of immigrants into the labor market and as a career to young people.
However, despite the high unemployment rate that affects young people in Spain, it is still showing a little entrepreneurial spirit. The incorporation of skills in entrepreneurship at all educational levels will conform more entrepreneurial culture that result, without doubt, greater wealth creation by young people through entrepreneurship.In the particular field of participation companies, it is necessary to promote not only the culture of undertaking under these legal forms but to promote the training of teachers and prescribers.
It is obviously necessary coordination of materials and skills at all educational levels. This paper presents the main conclusions and lines of action derived from an analysis that studied the skills to create companies in general and special skills to create participation companies in particular by helping to further analyze the correlation that may exist between the initiatives developed under participation companies in those cooperative education centers.
In order to promote coordination, it required the need to conclude:
1. Encourage business creation from the lower levels of education.
2. To promote subjects related to entrepreneurship not only in general but to take low participation formulas in particular.
3. Report of possible alternatives offered entrepreneurship in general.
4. Emphasize the advantages and potential of companies to participate.
5. Study of concrete manner the problems that workers participation companies face today to train potential entrepreneurs based on optimism and opportunities offered by this way of entrepreneurship through specific tools support for.
6. Encourage cooperative societies, primarily in education, to promote the creation of cooperative societies.
7. Support initiatives in any of the educational levels and, of course, in the universities for which it is necessary to strengthen the training of technicians responsible for giving advice and training on the specifics of some business formulas, particularly businesses participation (both cooperative societies, as labor associations and individual companies I work freelance) for these formulas are taken into account and does not result in other structures based on topics that are far from reality for lack of very specific issues that affect them.
