Mariia Efremova

Mariia V. Efremova presents the results of work, obtained in «Biomedical Nanomaterials» laboratory, which is a collaboration of NUST «MISiS» and Lomonosov Moscow State University. She is a 3rd-year PhD student. Mariia has had several internships abroad (USA, Japan, Germany) and currently participates in a joint research with the group of M. Farle (University of Duisburg-Essen, Duisburg, Germany). Mariia has several publications in international journals (Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces, Materials Letters). The area of scientific interest: magnetic nanoparticles, magnetite-gold hybrid structures, targeted drug delivery systems, magnetic resonance imaging, chemical enzymology, distant regulation of biomolecules activity.
