Abstract:The Dongying formation in Dongying depression in Bohai Bay basin is a typical fluvial-alluvial plain deposit. It's fluvial changes and sandbody distribution have been lack of depth studies, which restricts the oil exploration and development.Based upon the data of drilling core, logs and the characteristics of 3D seismic reflection, the sequence stratigraphic framework have been set up in Dongying depression according to sequence stratigraphic and sedimentary system analyses. The paleo-fluvial types have been clarified by observation of the drilling core, presents corresponding sedimentary model;intergrating with the well logging data and seismic arrtibutes,it studies the sedimentary evolution and sandbody distribution regularing of Ying-13 fault block. The results show that such a distribution and evolution is mainly controlled by topographic condition and sediment supply. In the lateral expansion direction of the channels, the fluvial deposit is mainly controlled by topographic condition; while along the provenance direction, the sediment supply becomes major controlling factor, The major distribution of sandbody direction is NW-SE.
