The political environment of a company: The aim is to secure the success of the briefing for the new CEO at a corresponding ministerial term.
As a public affairs officer in my company, a detailed briefing must be prepared for the CEO. In this briefing, typical behavioral patterns and structures, which are common in Austria, are explained to him as well as understandable, since these are not familiar to him as non-Austrians.
The Managing Director will soon be attending an important meeting with the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, and must therefore be prepared to make the most of the company's innovative business. In addition, the company's political environment, appropriate behavior and proper communication with the prospect of success are analyzed.
The project paper is divided into a short presentation, an arena analysis, a clear concept for implementation, as well as a code of behavior. In the arena analysis, the important stakeholders and stakeholders, as well as their interest relations or possible conflict areas, are to be shown. Graphics are also displayed. At the third point, a concept is created and relevant contacts as well as important rules, which should be adhered to, are mentioned. In addition, measures and proposals for the correct implementation are defined in the last part of the project. It is intended to ensure that no misuse is made possible. The list of rules defines a kind of behavior code that should reduce abuse.
The aim is to prepare for the conversation between the management and the minister on future optimal political framework conditions in the interests of the company and that this is positioned as best as possible.
