The study of the phenomenon of diminishing intelligence among the population, known as intellectual dysgenics has been neglected under ideological and political correctness arguments. Yet, the impact of this development is causing negative effects on nationals and the global economy. This empirical study aims to show how countries in process of declining average intelligence among their average population are correlated with decreasing social, educational, business and finance indexes. Countries where intellectual dysgenics is accelerating, such as Germany, are running into higher risks. In the educational sphere, the relationship between educational indexes and intellectual dysgenics, illustrates lower rates of the availability of scientists, enrollment in primary education, and the quality of scientific and research institutions. Thus, for preventing it to be a global trend, it is of significant worth the studying of this abandonment phenomenon. The empirical method employed is partial least squares (n=83) using the software SMART-PLS, based on structural equation modeling and used especially in social sciences for efficiently treating statistically samples below 100 cases.
