Abstract—this paper presents a concept for a communication network to enable a secure decentral distributed systems for different types of independent agents. This ICT communication network uses a mesh network topology. Nevertheless the network should provide the compliance with all requirements for a secure network and support the independence of agents. The secure communication will be maintained using swarm intelligence principles. Actual communication protocols for mesh networks will be adapted with swarm intelligence for security requirements. This paper will show an appropriate platform for the IoT devices taking into account the privacy and security matters and also the interoperability perspectives under any circumstances.
