Dr. Marcy Jance is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana.    She earned her Ph.D. in Management Science from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.     Dr. Jance teaches statistics and Microsoft Office courses.  Her research interests include analytics, lean six sigma, and developing case scenarios to be used in her classes for assessment and student learning purposes.    She can be reached at mjance@iue.edu.

Dr. Rebecca Clemons is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Indiana University East in Richmond, Indiana. Dr. Clemons earned her DBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her teaching expertise lies in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Global Supply Chains, Project Management, Applied Statistics, Lean Six Sigma and Strategic Management. Research in the areas of supply chain management, quality, communication, knowledge management, and supplier development are on-going and have extended to the healthcare industry.
