Swathi Baddam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at the Doermer School of Business, Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. She teaches courses in Business Analytics, Operations Management, and Project Management. She holds a D.B.A. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Cleveland State University. Prior to her academic career, she worked as an Industrial Engineer consultant working on various manufacturing clients. She also has undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her research interests include supply chain management, sustainable supply chains, and Business Analytics.

Lakshmi P. Dinesh is a faculty at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, where she teaches courses in Business Analytics and Operations Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to her academic career, she worked with Mu Sigma Inc. as an Analytics Associate in the online advertising domain. She has also worked on predictive modeling and market research projects with Pipal Research in India. She has undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management. Her research interests include behavioral operations, healthcare analytics, energy sustainability and knowledge exchange.
