Providing students an environment that engages them and challenges them to be active in their own learning process is a critical element of assurance of learning in higher education. Millennials certainly can challenge educators to “go to where the students are” relative to providing excellent and relevant content. This presentation explores the results of experiential learning efforts in an undergraduate international business course which included traditional assignments coupled with diverse activities such as in-class activities, ongoing team projects, and multi-media elements. Reaction papers from students revealed significantly high level of student satisfaction and learning as a result.
