The AACSB Assurance of Learning (AoL) process is often confusing to Department Chairs and Faculty. They typically don't attend AACSB training events and are not in the loop when changes take place. The purpose of this seminar is to provide an overview of the AACSB process and details on how to design and conduct successful AoL activities at the Departmental level. This seminar is designed to orient faculty to the AoL process, provide best practices to be successful for the next maintenance visit, and how best to support administrators in closing the "loop" on AoL. This session is especially designed for Faculty and Department Chairs who may not have an opportunity to attend a major AACSB conference or training seminar.
