In her current position, Since 2012, Natalie continues to integrate a formal social science capacity in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service focused on putting tools and resources into the hands of agency practitioners to address the human dimensions of conservation and bringing more social science to agency decisions. Prior to coming to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Natalie spent 15 years conducting social science research with the U.S. Geological Survey, where she provided human dimensions research and expertise to land management agencies. Natalie’s academic training is grounded in an MS in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University.
