Martin Stout has worked for 14 years as a Human Factors (HF) Specialist in the Rail Industry working with Tube Lines Ltd (TLL) on London Underground (LU) projects, the Rail Safety Standards Board (RSSB) and SNC-Lavalin (formerly Interfleet). He has managed the delivery of HF across the research, design, testing and implementation phases of projects and has experience in HF integration on large scale schemes, ergonomics evaluations, design development and assurance in infrastructure and rolling stock.
