Natasha is a Scheme Project Manager at Network Rail's Signalling Innovation Group. Natasha's current role involves the management of a number of projects within the Signalling National Innovations Portfolio (SNIP). Projects are primarily focussed on software; such as the release of the Signal Sighting Form Tool (SSiFT) which includes concurrent rail industry standards. The tool allows for increased automation, enabling users to complete signal sighting forms 13 times faster than previous methods.

Neil is the Delivery Lead at Network Rail's Signalling Innovation Group. Neil's current role involves the leadership and management of a number of development projects in the areas of signalling, software development, asset management and surveying.
