Karen Priestley is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.  She has been living and working as a human factors consultant in Hong Kong for the last 18 years.  Her projects are wide ranging providing advice and guidance to regulators, operators and contractors. She has supported Korean and Chinese manufacturers in the delivery of 6 different trains to three different countries.
