Marc Burkhardt was born 1971 in Salzgitter, Germany. He finished his computer science studies at the Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany in 1998. Since 1998 he is working in Braunschweig, Germany, as head of a research and development department inside the business unit Mobility Management of Siemens. In 2013 he finished his usability engineer education and from then on, he is working on several human factors projects. In the last years he published articles and papers about human machine interaction in railway environment.
