This paper will assess the value of Bloom's Taxonomy when developing evaluation techniques for a mandatory course such as Business Law. Undergraduate business curriculum often requires students to take survey courses such as Business Law in order to obtain their degree. However, courses such as this take complex legal concepts traditionally learned at a graduate level and places them in front of students with minimal experience with the legal world. We evaluate the six educational objectives set out by Bloom's Taxonomy and apply it to this course's goals and organization. Ultimately, these objectives help build credible evaluation techniques that make the course more effective.
