Kieran Campbell, B.A., B.D., Dip Soc.Care., Dip Health Care Management has been managing in care services for the last twenty years. Over the last number of years he has managed alternative care services, child protection and welfare teams.  Since 2010 he has also been responsible for statutory liaison with a number of Dioceses and Religious Orders around child protection policies, management of allegation of abuse and safe monitoring procedures for those that are deemed to be a risk or potential risk to children.Currently the Child Care Manager for the Cork area, Kieran has initiated or assisted in the development of services in the Cork area around family support and access, assessment and intervention work for adolescents with problematic sexual behaviour, specialist inquiry team in working in assessing risk of adults who are a potential risk to children and developing trauma informed practices within alternative care settings.
