Youth Taskforce On Violence Against Children

Augeo

Augeo established the Youth Task Force on violence against childeren (Jongerentaskforce aanpak geweld tegen kinderen) in 2013. The task force is an independent organisation that provides a platform for children and young adults to join in the discussion about effective ways of tackling child abuse, parental divorce and bullying at school. The Youth Task Force comprises 13 members aged between 14 and 25. All of the members have some connection with these three issues. Some of the members are studying for a profession that will bring them into professional contact with children or parents and have learned about children in need in this way. Augeo supports the work of the Youth Task Force, which also works with representatives from other initiatives and platforms for young people in the youth welfare sector.
