Karin Stierlin is the Founder of the non-profit taboobreaker association Switzerland (founded Oct. 2014). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Preschool Education and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in sexual education and health. She has over 15 years professional experience in the fields of teaching, lecturing and coaching. She has developed several globally applicable prevention programs in the field of sexual  and reproductive health and child sexual abuse prevention. She has extended her skills by gaining international experiences and is the initiator of Safebodyland - an evidence-based playful modular program for the prevention of child sexual abuse.

Deborah Fry

University of Edinburgh

Dr. Deborah Fry is a Lecturer in Child Protection at the University of Edinburgh where she leads a team undertaking research on violence in childhood. She has a Master of Arts degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, her Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University and her PhD from the University of Edinburgh.  Deborah has comprehensive experience in researching violence within school settings, evaluating prevention and intervention programs particularly for child sexual abuse, as well as researching the drivers and the burden of violence.
