Dr Victoria Lidchi is a chartered clinical psychologist and a systemic therapist with 25 years’ experience working with children, young people, families and communities. Dr Lidchi is trained in public health approaches to violence prevention and safety promotion and has qualifications in mediation, conflict resolution and social development. For the last 16 years she has been involved in both frontline and supervisory capacities with a range of projects that address community development and, CAN and mental health in the UK and internationally. Dr Lidchi has worked as a project manager, designing psychosocial intervention for children and adolescents at risk in marginalized communities, and contributed to the United Nations Secretary General’s Study on Violence against Children. She was Brazil Country project lead for the ITPI ISPCAN project and  received an award from the city of Rio de Janeiro for her activities.  Sincereturning to the UK, Dr Lidchi has worked at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, where she is Head of Psychology of the Child Young Adults and Family Directorate and manages a Service in Camden Social Services in London. Since 2004 she has served on ISPCAN Council of and currently acts as ISPCAN Secretary
