Dr. Toshihiko Yanagawa graduated from Wakayama Medical University, Japan in 1981. He is a pediatrician and a professor at the School of Health and Nursing in Wakayama Medical University.He is a certifying pediatrician by the Japan Pediatric Society and also aspecialist of child neurology by the Japanese Society of Child Neurology, with over 30 year’s professional experience. Dr. Yanagawa studied the prevention system for child abuse and neglect (CAN) at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children,London in 1998-1999. He is also a board member of the Japanese Society for the Preventionof Child Abuse and Neglect (JaSPCAN). Dr. Yanagawa is currently interested in parenting and parenting training, especially the use of Triple P (PositiveParenting Program) for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. He has published Japanese translations of "Every Parent – a Positive Approach to Children’s Behavior”, a book written by Matthew R. Sanders in Australia,and "Triple P – 17 Skills of Positive Parenting for the Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities”.

Dr.Noriko Kato graduated from Tokyo University, Japan. Shi is a pediatrician and a professor of Jumonji University. She intoroduced Triple P in Japan from Australia. She is one of the authors Japanese translation book ""Every Parent – a Positive Approach to Children’s Behavior”,and "Triple P – 17 Skills of Positive Parenting for the Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities”.
