Marion Henneman Marion Henneman is a Dutch licensed Signs of Safety trainer and coach. Her work is practice based and build on years of experience in child protection and systemic work. She is passionate about working with families and their network on safety for children and families with huge focus on the voice of the child. She has been fortunate to learn from Andrew Turnell and is part of the international Signs of Safety trainer group. She is partner-owner of Omada Training & Coaching and has been a trainer in child protection and domestic violence since 2005. She worked as a social worker in child protection, did group work with children and worked with youngsters and their families in a psychiatric home. With perseverance Marion works on the implementation, training and coaching of Signs of Safety in the region of The Hague and neighboring regions on child safety and detailed safety planning.  Her enthusiasm and passion for signs of safety are contagious and helps directors, managers, practice leaders and social workers to get to the bottom of what needs to happen to learn, implement and secure the approach in the soil of the organization for better safety outcomes for children

Ria Andrews

Municipality of The Hague

Since 2009 Ria Andrews works for the municipality of The Hague. She started as the Regional Coordinator approach to child abuse. Her current function is program manager of all violence in dependent relationships. She has prior experience working as youth counselor and project leader with the Board of Child protection at the Ministry of Justice. She first specialized in the effects on, and approach of, children as a witness of domestic violence, resulting in a special approach which has become a standard countrywide. The last years child abuse was the focus topic of her work.Ria brought Signs of Safety to the Hague and inspired the municipality and organizations to work together and find a common language and approach. She is the founder of the MDIA team Safely Forward.
