DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OVER CHILDREN-THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL VIEW FROM CROATIAN PERSPECTIVE

Born in 1984, finished education at Faculty of Law in 2008,with magna cum laude title. PhD title gained at postgraduate doctoral studies in criminal sciences at Faculty of Law in Zagreb with summa cum laude for doctoral dissertation “Grounds of excuse in criminal law”. Currently obtaines the position of Assistant professor, at Department of Criminal Law Sciences, Faculty of Law, in Osijek Croatia. Gives lectures, practical lessons and seminars at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate (PhD) level in following subjects: Criminal law, Basics of Criminal Law, Juvenile Criminal Law, Systems of Juvenile Justice and all supporting activities related to teaching and students obligations.
