Director of CTA - Centro di Terapia dell'Adolescenza - of Milan (affiliated to CISMAI) and co-director of the psychotherapy school IRIS - Insegnamento e Ricerca Individuo e Sistemi - of Milan, where he works as trainer, clinical psychotherapist and researcher. Psychologist and psychotherapist, he founded and conducts a Specialized Support Service for difficult adoptions and adoptive crisis. He coordinated a project of manualization of psychotherapy for adoptive families which integrates Systemic Model with studies and clinical applications of Attachment Theory. He is commited since several years to the field of taking care of trauma, in juvenile protection, in clinical interventions in situations of maltreatment and sexual abuse and in foster care interventions.  OTC in civil and criminal justice. He has a long experience as trainer and supervisor in private and public services. He partecipated as speaker in several national and international conferences and he has many publications in these fields. Board member of CISMAI (Italian Network of Services against Child Abuse).

Gloriana Rangone

Psychologist and psychotherapist, she works and lives in Milan. She is co-director of the psychotherapy school IRIS - Insegnamento e Ricerca Individuo e Sistemi - and she is head of the clinical area of CTA - Centro di Terapia dell'Adolescenza - of Milan (affiliated to CISMAI), which operates in the field of psychological distress of children, adolescents and their families and has achieved a specialization in maltreatment and sexual abuse in childhood. She has a long experience as supervisor of institutional working groups and as trainer. Together with the colleagues of the school of psychotherapy and of CTA she has developed a model of intervention that integrates theoretical and methodological assumptions of the Systemic Model founded by Gregory Bateson with the contribution deriving from Attachment Theory, that makes use of an experimental corpus strongly evidence based. She takes part to projects developed by CTA and born from the collaboration and dialogue with Italian and international scholars on the issue of positive parenting promotion in the risk and traumatic situations. She has several publications in these fields. She was a board member of CISMAI (Italian Network of Services against Child Abuse).

Francesca Pili

Psychologist and psychotherapist. Specialized at psychotherapy school IRIS - Insegnamento e Ricerca Individuo e Sistema - of Milan. She regularly collaborates with CTA - Centro di Terapia dell'Adolescenza - of Milan, where she carries out clinical activity with individuals and families; she has developed a specific competence in the treatment of  family issues related to adoption. She has in charge adoptive families in the CTA Specialized Support Service for difficult adoptions and adoptive crisis. She is a trainer in adoption issues and leads supporting groups for adoptive parents and children. She has also enhanced her competence in the assessment of parenting skills and in the parenting support. She is teacher in training at the IRIS psychotherapy school of Milan.
