Francesco Morandi is the Councillor of Tourism, Autonomous Region of Sardinia, and a Professor of Law of Tourism and Law of Shipping and Transport with the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sassari. He has a President Degree in Economics and Tourism Management from Olbia University Pole.
His positions include:
- Vice Rector Delegate for regulatory Innovation, legal affairs and transparency at
the University of Sassari.
- Former Dean of the Faculty of Economics
- Member of the University's Master Committee on Law of Maritime and Air
Navigation Rights, Transport and Logistics.
- Member of the Academic Board of the Doctorate in Law and Economics of
Productive Systems (Sassari) and PhD in Law of European
transport (Bologna)
